Free AlternaTIFF TIFF Viewer

• The AlternaTIFF TIFF Viewer is the free tool that lets you see and manipulate the documents. It provides many useful functions such as:
• One-click zoom: While hovering over the document, simply click your mouse button. This will zoom you into the document. To zoom back out, just click again.
• Print: Click the Print icon to print the document.
• Invert: Click the Invert icon invert the document to a negative (white on black). Some documents are simply easier to read as a negative.
• Install the free AlternaTIFF viewer.
• Check to see if the AlternaTIFF viewer is installed correctly.

Browser

• This site was designed for Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. Although other browsers may work, we do not explicitly support them and, therefore, recommend you use IE or Netscape.

Screen Resolution

• At a minimum, you should use a screen resolution of 800 x 600. However, a resolution of 1024 x 768 (or higher) is highly recommended.
• To change your resolution, simply click Start-->Settings-->Control Panel. Then double-click the 'Display' icon. Click the 'Settings' tab. Finally, move the slider in the 'Screen Area' box to the desired resolution.

Multiple Monitors

• One of the best ways we've found to increase our productivity (no matter what we're working on) is to take advantage of Window's built-in support for multiple monitors. This site was designed to work well on one monitor but it works exceptionally well on two monitors. With two monitors, you can position the index page on one screen while you view the documents on another.

Wheel Mouse

• We highly recommend you try using a wheel mouse as we have found that it makes vertical navigation much more efficient.
