A. Unlike most web sites we do not require the use of credit cards. At the beginning
of each month our clients will be invoiced for their prior month's usage. You can
then choose to pay by check or credit card. To pay by credit card, please call our

A. The initial credit limit for all new subscribers is $500.00. Once a relationship
has been established more credit will be extended. To request a credit increase,
simply email our credit department from the

Q. Can I print the documents I have viewed? Back

A. Yes. There is no additional charge for printing your viewed document pages. Simply
click the Print icon located on the top left of the AlternaTiff Tool Bar.
Q. Can I print the indices I have viewed? Back

A. Yes. There is no additional charge for printing your viewed index pages on your
printer.
- When viewing the index, click the 'Printer Friendly Page (Landscape Orientation)'
button at the top of the screen.
- Go to your browser's 'File' menu and select 'Page Setup'.
- Change the paper orientation to 'Landscape' and ensure that the margins are no wider
than 1/2 inch.
- Click 'OK' to close the 'Page Setup' dialog box.
- Finally, click your browser's 'Print' icon or select 'Print' from the 'File' menu.
For best results, you'll need a photo-quality color printer. You can also purchase
large (11" x 17"), high quality, color copies of the indexes by selecting the 'Purchase
Paper Color Copy of Indices' button on the View Index List page.
Q. How often are the documents and indices updated on your site?

A. We update our documents at least every week. Our indices are updated on request.
Please contact us with your legal description and we will update the indices within
24 hours. This will ensure you have the most up to date indices possible.
Q. When I try to install the AlternaTIFF viewer I get an error stating
"Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page.
As a result, the page may not display correctly." What should I do?

for your browser. Alternatively, please call us at
